We’ve been working with Endsleigh since 2013 and after working on a mobile-first redesign of endsleigh.co.uk we were approached by their digital team to build a neat little web application.
Moving home is one of the most stressful events in life [pdf] and with so many things to remember to do it’s no surprise. Endsleigh wanted to make moving house easier for all, and also reach potential new home insurance customers with perfect timing.
When a user registers with their email address, they are able to opt-in to tailored email reminders that update them on their progress and remind them about remaining tasks. Using customer.io we automated the process of intelligently segmenting users based on their move date and move type, and then send them a personalised weekly list of complete and incomplete tasks, and even a message wishing them luck on moving day.
