Student and Graduate specialist insurer Endsleigh asked us to completely overhaul their primary website, creating a modern, friendly experience that clearly presented their product offering.
Endsleigh’s previous website wasn’t working; neither for them or for their customers. While the site was difficult to use on mobile devices, perhaps more importantly, content was almost impossible to find. This translated to lost sales, frustrated customers and a large amount of customer service calls.
During the IA process we audited the hundreds of pages on the site. We rationalised and condensed where possible, before creating a framework that structured the content in a way that was clear and easy to navigate.
We then conducted extensive user-testing with Endsleigh’s customer base, iterating on our ideas and testing again until we had a structure we were 100% confident in.
